AITX Appoints Doug MacDonald to Board of Directors

Chicago, IL – June 2, 2025 – American Industrial Transport, Inc. (AITX) today announced that Doug MacDonald has joined its Board of Directors. Mr. MacDonald brings extensive freight rail and supply expertise at a time of continued growth and expansion at AITX.

A seasoned executive with more than three decades at Canadian National Railway Co. (CN), Mr. MacDonald held leadership roles in operations, sales, and customer-facing technology. His background strengthens AITX’s ability to support rail shippers with practical, integrated solutions across North America and Europe.

In addition to joining the AITX Board, Mr. MacDonald will also serve as a Senior Operating Advisor to ITE Management L.P., AITX’s parent company, supporting initiatives across its transportation and industrial portfolio.

Doug most recently served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CN. During his 34-year career, he led major efforts in operations, technology, and customer engagement.
