AITX Appoints Freight Transportation Leader Lance Moll to Board of Directors

Chicago, IL – August 12, 2026 – American Industrial Transport, Inc. (AITX) today announced the appointment of Lance Moll to its Board of Directors, continuing the Company’s commitment to strengthening its Board with executives whose leadership has helped shape modern freight transportation.

Mr. Moll is the latest addition to an accomplished Board that has recently welcomed Victoria Dudley, former Chief Financial Officer of TTX Company, and Doug MacDonald, former Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Canadian National Railway. Together, these appointments reflect AITX’s focus on attracting industry leaders who recognize the Company’s long-term vision and are helping guide its continued growth.

Over nearly 35 years at FedEx Freight, Mr. Moll advanced from Management Trainee to President and Chief Executive Officer, helping lead one of North America’s premier less-than-truckload transportation networks. Throughout his career, he developed a deep understanding of how operations, customer service, technology, and data work together to improve asset utilization, strengthen network performance, and build more integrated and resilient freight transportation systems.

“Lance has spent his career building and leading complex transportation operations, so he understands what it takes to scale a business while staying focused on execution,” said Doug MacDonald, AITX Board of Directors Member. “As our industry continues to evolve, that operational perspective will be invaluable. His experience complements the strengths already on our Board and will help position AITX for its next phase of growth.”

Ms. Dudley joined the Board in 2025 following a distinguished executive career in transportation finance. During nearly 13 years as Chief Financial Officer of TTX Company, she helped oversee the financial strategy of one of North America’s largest railcar owners, bringing deep expertise in capital allocation, financial stewardship, risk management, and long-term investment. Her previous executive leadership roles at Yancey Bros. Co., Wheels, Inc., and Raffles Insurance further strengthen the Board’s expertise in corporate finance and governance.

Mr. MacDonald also joined the Board in 2025 after a 34-year career at Canadian National Railway, where he held senior leadership positions across operations, commercial strategy, and customer-facing technology. His experience leading one of North America’s largest freight railroads provides valuable perspective on network performance, customer engagement, and integrated supply chain solutions.

Together, these directors bring complementary operational, financial, and commercial leadership that supports AITX’s commitment to thoughtful governance and positions the Company to continue building a leading integrated rail transportation platform.

“The supply chain is becoming more dynamic and more demanding, which creates opportunities for companies that are prepared to execute,” said Lance Moll. “What stood out to me about AITX is the leadership team’s clear vision and its commitment to building the capabilities needed for long-term success. I’m looking forward to working with the Board to help the company capitalize on the opportunities ahead.”
