ST. CHARLES, MISSOURI, January 10, 2022 – American Industrial Transport, Inc. (“AITX”) is pleased to announce two new, strategic account management positions within their Railcar Repair Services business that help ensure customers and prospects maximize their experience within the AITX repair network.

Terry “Bruz” Hicks joins AITX as a new Repair Services Account Manager. Bruz is an industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience in technical sales and marketing for railcar services across repair, transporting, short line operations, storage, and full-service maintenance. This includes ten-plus years in senior leadership roles at Appalachian Railcar Services and as a technical sales rep at Tyco Flow Control. Bruz is based out of Louisville, Kentucky.

Vince Mantia assumes the new Account Manager role, promoted from Customer Service Supervisor at AITX. Vince has over 10 years’ experience in technical quality assurance across AITX, Greenbrier, R&S Machining, and Patriot Machine. Leading AITX’s customer service team qualified him to assume this new role based on his understanding of both customer priorities and the broad-reaching capabilities of AITX’s repair network. Vince served in the US Army as a Platoon Leader from 2008-2012. He is based out of St. Charles, Missouri.

Both Bruz and Vince will be in attendance at the annual Midwest Association Rail Shippers (“MARS”) 2022 Winter Meeting, January 12-13 in Lombard, IL, representing AITX.

These two new positions ensure that AITX customers – old and new – make the most out of AITX’s expanding repair network across full-service facilities, mobile operations, onsite dedicated solutions, and railcar storage. Bruz and Vince work directly with the individual plant managers across AITX’s 16 physical locations in North America. The veteran team of plant managers average over 25 years’ experience in repair services and offer a wide variety of capabilities designed to address customers across industry, location, and railcar type. Having a dedicated repair account management team is a step toward matching customers with the right solution at the right time.
