AITX Welcomes Jon Mudronja as SVP, Leasing – Western U.S.

(AITX) is pleased to welcome Jon Mudronja as Senior Vice President, Leasing – Western U.S. This strategic leadership hire supports AITX’s growing customer solutions strategy. As the demand increases for integrated, responsive, and insight-driven leasing partnerships, Jon’s appointment underscores AITX’s commitment to placing customers at the center of everything it builds.

Jon brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, with a unique blend of strong customer relationships and commercial insight. He has held leadership roles at CIT Rail, SMBC Rail Services, and Sumitomo Corporation. Known for his operational excellence and commercial mindset, Jon leads with curiosity, responsiveness, and a customer-first approach to developing tailored leasing strategies.

Jon holds an MBA and MS in Business Analytics from Indiana University and a BA in Japanese from The Ohio State University. He lives in Chicago with his wife and three young children.
